Setting up an element is the action to place the real resource in your garden.

When a resource’s set up is planned in the future, you will have to validate it on D day from your “Inventory”.

To set up an element:

  1. Switch to “Review” mode.
  2. Click on the element you want to set up (if it’s contained in a patch, click on the patch).
  3. In the popup, click on “Set up”.

Retire

Note: In current development state, this action does not shows up in element’s history, nor in the task list.

To retire an element is the fact of really removing it from your garden.

A retired element is not visible anymore on the map, but is still visible in the “Inventory”: you keep track of its history.

As for other actions, you need to choose a date of retirement.

When a resource’s retirement is planned in the future, you will have to validate it on D day from your “Inventory”.

To retire an element:

  1. Switch to “Review” mode.
  2. Click on the element you want to set up (if it’s contained in a patch, click on the patch).
  3. In the popup, click on “Retire”.
  4. Select a date.
  5. Validate by clicking on “Save”.
